Panel 1Mycelia stands in front of the full organizer group, followed by the other Squad members and Cass. Bruin is carrying Officer Zwijnstra on his shoulders.
Mycelia: So this is what I think we should do!
Panel 2
Mycelia: Those creatures could pierce the veil between realities thanks to the cursed synthesizer. They were lucky: they had a surprisingly good live band that sang about death and horror, and a very attentive audience.
See this is why you keep the beer and merch tents open during the headliner.
Panel 3.
Mycelia: That was stage one. We're now in stage two of the attack. They don't really need the band anymore because everyone's attention is directly on them.
Sarah: So?
Panel 4.
Mycelia: EXCEPT us. We were distracted by our research into the keyboard.
Ernst: And I guess me and my man Slork were getting high.
Panel 5.
George: Yeah, we had Elena's crisis to deal with.
Elena: You can thank me later.
Gertrude: I was thinking of paperwork…

Apologies for the delay! That's what I get for drawing a big crowd scene in the middle of an episode of serious fatigue. The next comic will also be delayed because a lot of preparation and design work is needed for it. I didn't do a lot of prep for the vampire demons and that was not a good decision, though I have settled on a look for them now.
Followers on the Patreon and the supporter gallery on DeviantArt will get some sort of out-of-storyline material to tide them over. Everyone else: sorry, but it'll be worth the wait.
